Available payment methods

PayPal offers you the possibility of fast and secure cashless payments. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one with just a few clicks and easily link your bank account or credit card.

Afterwards, you pay by entering your email address and password. PayPal will send you a payment confirmation after each purchase.

When you pay with PayPal, your order will be processed immediately.

In the case of a return, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

With Giropay, you can securely and easily pay for your products in the shopping cart. The amount of the shopping cart will be debited from your checking account. Once you click "Pay Now" in the shopping cart, you will be prompted to select your bank (alternatively, you can enter the BIC of your bank).

You will then be redirected to the login page of your online bank, where you must log in with your account number or your username plus PIN. By entering your TAN (sent to you by your bank), you confirm the transfer and the payment is successfully completed.

With us, you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Simply select credit card as the payment method during the ordering process.

We process credit card payments through Stripe. Stripe uses state-of-the-art encryption techniques, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process. These guarantee a high level of security. All order and credit card data are transmitted encrypted only.

During the ordering process, the validity and the verification code, a three-digit code on the back of your credit card, are also requested in addition to the credit card number.

Extra protection thanks to Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. The additional authentication makes the payment process with your credit card even more secure. Before the payment is completed, an additional window opens. Now you must enter your personal authentication code or confirm the transaction via your bank's app.

With SOFORT, you have the option to pay for your order easily and securely via bank transfer in three steps. SOFORT acts as an interface between you and us.

This is how SOFORT works:

1. Choose SOFORT as the payment method
2. Select your bank account and log in with your online banking data at your bank
3. Confirm the transaction

When paying with SOFORT, your order will be processed immediately.

Simply select Apple Pay as your payment method. Your billing, shipping, or contact information is stored in Apple Pay if you have already set it up.

For security reasons, you'll need to confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Alternatively, you may need to confirm the payment using your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Orders paid with Apple Pay will be processed immediately.

Simply select Google Pay as your payment method at checkout. Then, you can connect with your Google account and proceed with the payment.

Your payment method stored in Google Pay will be used for the transaction: PayPal, debit card, or credit card.

Orders placed with Google Pay will be processed immediately.

When paying with Klarna, you have the freedom to choose how you want to pay:

1. Pay in 30 days: The invoice amount will be due after 30 days.
2. Pay now: You can choose between direct debit or instant bank transfer.

With all purchases through Klarna, you are always protected by Klarna Buyer Protection.

You have the option to shop with Klarna installment purchase from us. You decide every month anew how much you want to pay. The goods always arrive at your home first before you have to pay for them. Klarna combines all your purchases on just one monthly invoice.

This invoice includes all online shops where you have made purchases with Klarna installment purchase. Please note that the monthly minimum rate for all purchases together, but also for a single purchase, is always 1/24 of the total amount, but always at least €6.95 (as of June 2023).
